With an extensive career in the BPO industry and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation, Pedro is poised to lead our revenue strategies with a fresh perspective and disruptive thinking.
Originally from Spain, Pedro is a talented and creative sales executive with over 20 years of experience in international CX management. He brings invaluable assets to Conectys, including an impressive educational background and broad expertise gained through collaborations with Fortune 500 companies and emerging brands across diverse market sectors.
Pedro’s key strengths encompass commercial, operational, and technological proficiency, complemented by a passionate and results-oriented mindset. He excels in AI-driven BPO initiatives, enhancing customer journeys and developing high-performing teams that contribute to client milestones. Additionally, he is at the forefront of several award-winning projects in the global CX domain.
