That would be people, like you or me. People who go out of their way to care for others. They help perfect strangers navigate mobile apps, troubleshoot internet connection issues, replace product parts, veto reviews, answer tweets and update help files.

Our company has been offering outsourcing solutions for over a decade. We wouldn’t have been able to do that without our teams. Their hard work is what makes it all a reality. Every SLA we exceed, every award we win, every fun-filled Happy Hour we organise – it’s all thanks to our work family.

This summer, we celebrated our 11th anniversary. Today, there are over 500 of us working, learning and laughing under nearly the same roof. Because team members are slowly conquering the world, and Belgium, Romania and the Philippines have already been pinned to the map.
