Conectys gains further industry recognition with a Silver Stevie® in the 2023 Solution Provider Award category
The 17th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service winners have been announced. We are excited to share that Conectys has been presented with a Silver Stevie® Award in the “Contact Center or Customer Service Outsourcing Provider of the Year” category.
The Stevie Awards recognised Conectys for accelerating the modernisation of a multilingual Europe Direct Contact Centre. This achievement enhanced the citizen experience for the European Union while creating cost efficiencies. The submitted project covered almost 30 markets, involved hundreds of agents speaking 26 languages, supported CX strategy and processes in an omnichannel model, and enabled digital transformation and mobility.
The award underscored Conectys’ dedication to providing exceptional customer service and support.
