Conectys Throughout the Years: a Short History and Key Achievements
1. Progressing Growth
- Conectys’s history began in 2004 when Arnold Cobbaert founded the company in Belgium with a small team of passionate European professionals. Since then, Conectys has undergone a remarkable transformation.
- By 2007, the team had grown to approximately 100 employees, scaling to over 500 by 2015 and 1,500 by 2019. The organisation continued its growth trajectory, reaching over 4,000 employees by 2023.
- Conectys has also expanded beyond Belgium, establishing operations in Romania, the Philippines, Turkey, Poland, Colombia, Egypt, and other prominent BPO destinations.
