Conectys is delighted to announce that we have become the exclusive global partner for customer experience solutions for one of the largest nutrition and beauty companies in the world. The client, with offices in the U.S., Dublin, and Seoul, designs nutrition products to meet people where they are in life, with minimal inconvenience.

Why did this client choose Conectys?

Initially, this client had been working with one of the largest BPO providers in the world. Due to inefficiencies in that relationship, we began exploring innovative solutions with them and found ways to increase the agility of service delivery by working alongside them to go beyond simple transactional SLA/KPI work. The client needed a partner for increasing digital transformation efforts and new revenue generation approaches. Additionally, the client was managing a relatively small team with limited internal resources and needed to consolidate operations more globally with a single-source provider in the name of scale and cost containment. Conectys answered the call. The project launched this month with added language support coming in May.
